I’ve rented a 60ft rv/trailer parking spot for a year now. Getting set up was a bit difficult because their hours that someone is on site is odd, and I was still living across the country. But once we crossed that hurdle, it’s been smooth sailing for a year. Safe location, no hidden fees, you have access to your stuff 24/7. Highly recommend storing with them, we have referred several friends to rent from them too!

Had one of the 40' units with my entire household in it for over a year. Easy access with a trailer. No water leaks or heat warp on any of the furniture. Fair pricing for the size of the unit. Staff was always pleasant to work with. Only downside was a lot of sand leaked past the door seal, leaving the contents dusty/Sandy. I saw a few customers had placed some moving blankets under the door seal. I wish I had thought of that a year ago.

New storage facility in west Hurricane, close to Coral Canyon. Great manager! Very quick to help out. My only complaint is that sand blows up under the roll down doors and gets everything dirty. Mainly because they don't have asphalt surrounding their facility, only dirt, sand and gravel.
